The College of San Mateo Library provides this online reference service primarily for students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

STEP 2:Check your email for our response. Please allow 48 hours for a response Monday through Thursday, and longer on Friday, weekends, and holidays. We provide answers to specific and brief factual questions such as historical facts, dates or quotations; the use of our online catalog and reference sources; the completion of bibliographic citations.

This email reference service is not available when classes are not in session (i.e. intersession breaks and holidays).
